No, that is not my entire argument. My argument is that people who make more money shouldn't be taxed at such a high rate. I don't necessarily think there should be a flat tax, but it there shouldn't be such a significant increase in the percent of money that is taken in taxes from one income level to another higher level. Capitalism as we know it is slipping away...Obama is directing us more and more toward European Socialism.

I support Obama but keep in mind that its not just 1% that are affected, its all of their employees. Its still a small number, but the larger companies have more employees, taxing them may affect cash flow that allows them to pay their employees. The issue is indirectly things like employment, benefits...etc.

Probly, generally businesses will try as hard as they can to keep current profit or higher. eg. higher costs for business = higher price for consumer lower wages, less conditions all so the business can have similar profits for its Owners. Business owners, not businesses, who make more than 250K a year will have the BUsh tax cuts removed = NOT a tax increase.

The other 99% get a tax cut, and 50% credit for their health care costs. When will the McCain campaign stop lying? Next week I suppose.
