Rollover after avoiding head-on accident

This happened to me a car pulled out right in front of me and just drove off after. Luckly i didnt roll or hit and one else i just drove into a lamp post and gate!!!!!

The road surface was too wet so the car turning left went too far. That's driver error. Other driver was going too fast as well. Imaging if people were on the grass awaiting to cross?

@xXguatxkillerXx the purpose of hit and run laws is to ensure the exchanging of insurance information so the victim of the accident can get covered. whether it is actual hit or not, I believe prosecutors only have to prove the one in the orange car was involved in the accident, which he/she clearly is by violating traffic laws and straying in the way of the SUV.

but of course that depends on local laws. and the orange may be stopped in a safe place and didn't run.
