Can you recommend this to me as a beginning dj? Or are there any better solutions in the same category, because i want to dj with mp3 files (my laptop is too slow for it)... I found the Akiyama Syncron for example...
this console hangs when used to effect both decks .... midi mode requires optional sound card ... does not see the folders but only play list .. you should be prepared first from the PC .. do not recommend ... I will see to it soon to go back to the seller .... no .. MANUAL IN ITALIAN LANGUAGE AND OTHER

The primary use of SCS.4DJ is the embedded computer & software… Which offers the lowest latency and most accurate platter control of any controller currently on the market. It does also work with a host of other software (Traktor, Virtual DJ etc..), but unfortunately Serato is not one of them, because you need a qualified Serato sound card to use Itch / Intro. There is no FX loop to allow external FX control (outside of what’s included in the software).
It is a true pitch fader. The word "keylock" at the top is referring to the LED that it's next to. If you chose to turn keylock on, the LED will light up.
For the money you do get way more than what you would expect on the SCS.4DJ w/ feature and performance. Yet it’s not intended for use in the same way the S4 is regarding flexibility of connecting other devices. So we can’t really compare the two, especially since the S4 almost twice the price of the SCS.4DJ and you still need to have a separate laptop with the S4. Both products are very good in their own price points / categories.

Hi, i read somewhere in the web that the SCS 4DJ have to analyse the tracks and this will be saved on USB device if i am correctly.
Now please tell me how much storage got the SCS 4 DJ or can it analyse thousands of tracks or can i delete saved information ?
i am a little bit confused or does it analyse the tracks without saving any information so there is no storage integrated ?

We really can’t compare apples to oranges…
