When I click 'Load 5.00 Official eBoot' and double click the EBOOT.PBP file on the desktop it says Incorrect or Corrupt eBoot Selected. I simply downloaded the 500m33_6.zip file and extracted the eboot file. What did I do wrong?

thanx all, after a week of trying i finnally got it! 5.00 m33-6 on a "fat" psp & it plays ISO's up to the latest; Tekken6, etc.

but now my problem is, i used a 1 gb ms for the job and now i need more space for big games like GT etc.

so my question is,

can i switch memory sticks without having to flash my psp again??? like can i jus copy the files from the 1gb ms to the 2-4gb ms and hop back into action???

dude you can switch memory cards all you want...the firmware stays in your system not your memo'...

to prove it take out your memo' stick and check your version...

Because, to make the pandora battery, you run the prog on the hacked psp, then you put the mms in the non hacked on, slip the battery in, run thru the hacking, then its hacked, then with that mms still in you run the prog again and return it to normal, (with a pandora battery, right when you slip it in the psp it will turn on, so thats why you have to change it back to normal) does it make sense?

To make the battery, you have to run a program on the psp, that program unfortunately requires custom firmware to run.

If you have a buddy that has a hacked one you can make it on theirs, you can BUY a pandora battery for like 4 bucks somewhere on the net. You can still make the mms yourself, so all you need is the pandora battery.

Yep, as long as the PSP is hackable, it doesn't matter what firmware is currently on it. In fact, I think if you have 1.50 on it, you don't need to do pandora stuff, but you probably don't have 1.50 on it lol

Hey man, it's way easier than you think. Your already on custom firmware, so no need for Pandora and MMS. All you have to do is go to the last link in my information on the right, download it, put it in the desired directory and run it on your psp, it will do the update for you, and BOOM, it's there. You might have to have battery up to 76% but I'm not sure.

You need 2 PSP's. Just make sure you back up the battery's eeprom that you are using. If you lose the back up, the battery may never be the same again.

I don't think there is a way to get around it. What game is it? I think the is a 5.03 custom firmware. It is not Dark Alex's m33 though, that is why I don't use it. I like Dark Alex's m33 custom firmware the best.
