Im a Packers fan but I will say Jay Cutler is the best QB the Bears have had in a long time. The problem is that he has shit to work with. I think he would be a top 5 QB in the league with some talented receivers. And the whole toughness question is BS. He gets hit a lot more than guys like Brady and Brees. If the Bears GM and the cheap owners did their jobs well, they'd get the weapons that Cutler will need to DOMINATE the league. Look at Rodgers and all of the weapons he's have to work with ever since he's been starting. No comparison.
