I wish I had thought to record some of the crap I saw teachers put other kids through when I was a kid. It isn't hard to figure out the difference between reasonable discipline and bullying. Both should have been fired on the spot and stripped of their credentials.

one time i walked in class high (first time trying it at that point) & the teacher smelled the weed on me & he confronted me infront of the whole class & said your a fucking loser for smoking weed i should send your dumb ass to the office, he made me feel dumb so i spit on him & never went to his class ever again lol. (i was in greade 11 & when your in high school 75% of students smoke weed or ciggies, i smoked weed so don't comment me back saying dumb shit cause chanses are you tryed it.

Parents don't realize that teachers do this type of thing all the time. Sometimes parents are quick to believe teachers and not the children. I had a teacher that talked about my clothes, my shoes, all because she didn't like my skin color. I remember that teacher till this day...
