I'm really not trying to sound negative but if Butterscotch was really singing this, he should've kept the song in the same pitch. I mean it's almost too obvious to hear that it's the exact same song, just slowed down. I have a major ear for detail. There's just no way he could time the vibrato exactly right without being off by even a millisecond.
