I have a blackberry torch 9800 (which is like 3 or 4 versions old). A lot of my friends compare my blackberry with their iphone 4 of 4s and they say mine sucks. But why don't they compare it with the torch 9860?? coming to think about it i think iphones are overrated.

@HOFFMISTER007 depends what you use it for bolds are better all round that is what i use yes the torch is good but i couldn't say much about the new torch i have never used it before but if you are a fan of touch screen get the torch for £305 of amazon it is cheap but if u like the physical keyboard and buttons go for the bold if its for casual everyday use the bold for business i recommend a bold and a playbook tablet they work together amazingly thats what i have but don't use it for business

I wanted to switch back to an iPhone up until I saw that you HAVE to set up a 'me account' for email and ONLY use itunes and never have the ability to change the battery once it no longer charges. iPhone is more fun but BB ideal for windows users and gives you so much more freedom!

I really like this phone but I have been seeing reviews all around from some people saying that the keyboard sucks and you make lots of typos and that when you go into the apps it freezes when you're trying to exit them and whatnot. Personally I don't see the point in blackberrys without a keyboard. It's the physical buttons that i think give the blackberry experience, and I think RIM try to work the OS around that. If keyboards weren't an option i'd go for a windows phone.

I have the older version of the BlackBerry Torch and my internet doesn't even load that slow. It's probably due to the fact that it has 48 messages waiting to be read as well as Browser and Facebook notifications. Not sure how much of a difference that makes but I'm guessing it doesn't help.
