I researched and apparently it is called hotel Vancouver, buuuut there is a FAMOUS hotel IN Boston called the omni parker hotel, and it's known for being haunted, but it looks JUST like the Tipton, AND it's in Boston, mind blowing, I wonder if they knew that when writing the show..
yes tipton is real, i have walked by this hotel many times, i recognize it. i never realized that THIS one was the one the modeled the tipton after though...now i see it. actually they filmed zack and cody in LA and then we they needed shots of the actual hotel they would go to boston. im sure they use computers to insert "the tipton" and make the shades green instead of red
