But in the years to come will snow fall decline because i am a big skier and in 3 or 4 years im planning to move to the mountains when im like 18 or 19. No one is 100% sure people are to blame for global warming. But its the people that pollute to the point that its killing off alot of species of marine life that we treasure so much. If we destroy our oceans, no one will be able to enjoy the beaches or a fish sandwhich anywhere. No one is 100% sure people are to blame for global warming. But its the people that pollute to the point that its killing off alot of species of marine life that we treasure so much. If we destroy our oceans, no one will be able to enjoy the beaches or a fish sandwhich anywhere. I'm not a believer that humans are 100% causing global warming, but I think its a natural cycle of the planet that we will have to learn to deal with.

Greenland and much of canada now covered with glaciers and permafrost was arable farmland. The POLAR BEARS DID NOT DIE! So I don't get it...why do people use the Polar Bear as an icon for global warming?... When,
(1) Polar Bears are not suffering.
(2) Studies on Polar Bear numbers show that they are and have been steady or INCREASING over the past 10 years.
(3) Polar Bears survived the last global warming when tempatures were warmer then they currently are.

That picture was taken on a school trip, by a college student. She then put it in her college paper (i think). Since then it's gone round the world as 'proof' of Global warming. Those Polar Bears were apparently fishing, quite content, with a large ice cap-floe whatever very nearby.
It has no connection to Global warming at all.
The polar bears were apparantly healthy and happy

LOL, this is one of the more idiotic videos I've ever seen. Polar bears can swim 100 miles. They are always going through huge seasonal contractions and expansions of ice. They will not just walk along one day and break through the ice and get all sad. Oh, and the famous photo of the sculpted ice--it's a natural event and has nothing to do with global warming, but the warmers have hijacked it for their cause because most people don't know better.

Maybe a person would stay on an iceberg as they have no choice but Polar bears can swim steadily for many hours in order to get from one piece of ice to another. They have water-repellent coat and partially webbed feet, which both are adaptations to swimming. Although known individual bears have only been recorded swimming about 100 km or so, they are likely capable of swimming much further if necessary.

Climate change is happening, but these bears aren't stuck on that ice floe. They climbed onto it. That's what they do. Problem is the ice floes are becoming fewer and farther between, too small, and too thin to support their weight.

What they show is that when temperature increases then a couple hundred years later co2 rises. The oceans absorb more co2 when the water is cold. Take two bottles of seltzer,one cold from the frig and one hot in the sun and open both.
