Looked like a dirty hit because Podgorski (#9 Blue) went to dodge the stick check and the kid (Yellow) looked like he dropped his hands to hit his thigh/upper leg. if 9 wouldn't have dodged he wouldn't have flipped but just been hit at the thigh but he tried to jump the stick check and got hit at the knees and flipped....and yes i was there haha. it looked like a dirty hit because he hit his knees because Podgorski tried to jump over the stick check

This wasn't a clean hit. Clean hits are with either with your hips or shoulder. You don't give a check by bending over and then using your back and elbow to flip the guy. Cheap shot. This was a hit below the knees and should have been called clipping by the refs.
