  • Jon Anderson has been a favorite of mine since I was a little kid.(I am 53 now, uhgg) Listen to anything by Jon & Vangelis, beautiful stuff. But he really needs delay and a spacial reverb in his older age. Actually, I have never heard him vocally dry. And it really dosent suit him. This was a dissapointing peice delivered by the most consumate musicians of our time.

  • @RICHGREENNOW Exactly my thoughts. His voice today is fine but it could be so great with some suitable effects and arrangements. This layered piano/synth pad stuff is just lazy.

  • Wakeman looks fatter than Squire

  • Whew whew...whats with Anderson always goign whew....

  • They are ruining a Yes classic. why

  • How can anyone pay and sit through 2 hours of this kind of D

    epressing music.

  • Sounds like crap to me. Weak music for pussys

  • I went to see Yes at Bethel Woods New York (Woodstock) the music was great but the lead singer sucked! Ruined the evening of good music....there is no Yes without Jon!

  • Wonderful music from "The Living Tree", a WONDERFUL album.

  • Can't wait till they come to Chicago this October.

  • some people who post here seems to be deaf...try in the shower and then hear him again... and start to know what a unique voice is...

  • Did I hear.....Jon's voice is crap....

People who have never heard of Yes know Jon's voice!!!

Jon Anderson the Voice of Yes,

Jon Anderson the only Voice of Yes.....

    Jon Anderson is The Man!!!

  • @HiltonWhoretels Why should he quit just because you don't like it?

  • @Trowerblues Because he has nothing left to offer - he's done, passed it, spent.

  • @assfuckt Why do you spell with the same crap like you talk. whats all this wit,dis and mi earz shit you dumb twat.

  • this is great and yes indeed, the rest of Yes would be lucky to have Jon back, he is the spirit of the band, the love and the light. Without him, its incomplete.

  • Can't wait 'til Anderson,Wakeman, and Rabin start doing their group project. That would sound too much like Yes,right?

  • It's the start of the great works to come...be ready...

  • Excellent, thank you. I was unable to get to any shows, so this helps. :)

  • Never any critisism on YES, on all of them (even incl. Trevor Rabin): there is music before and after this band. Jon has changed the art and spirit of music radically, I'd say like Richard Wagner the last time before him. A great video, thanks!

  • YES has become irrelevent. They would be lucky to have Jon back.

  • I was at this, 4 rows from front!

    awesome gig.

how did you get up on the balcony, wasnt it closed?

  • @hobonotboho Yeah the balcony was closed. I was in the Circle, Row D so 4 from the front same as you! Great gig it was despite the lack of open bars :).

  • I was there on the night - great gig :o)

  • Great quality video!

That's "Morning Star" in there too. Could have been quite the Yes song.

Brief panic at 7' 08" when that page wouldn't turn!! Phew!

    Thanks very much!

  • @reelair Cheers for the comment. Glad you liked the video. You mean 'Morning Star' immediately after The Living Tree? I knew that had two parts so I assumed it was that.

  • great show, nice video! Thanks!

  • Gracias pro este video
