@homethoughts1 The funny thing is that I played Just Don't Want To Be lonely so many times when I was in the Main Ingredient Band. However, Ronnie never sang it when I worked for him. In fact I never heard it until you put it on you tube. Thanks!

Actually, Ronnie Dyson did this one one year before the Main Ingredient. By the way, the lead vocalist for the Main Ingredient on this song was a really great tenor named, Donald McPherson; who died very young. his place was taken by Cuba Gooding Sr.

I think on the CD liner notes, it says that THIS is the original version, but that since they were on the same label, but for some reason, Ronnie's version was released later.
