  • Most of our P.E teacher won't recommend teen such as students to use the dumbell

    to build up biceps because it may slow down growth and cause retardation LOL. IDK.. :)

  • @Smilealwaysya It doesn't cause retardation, only workouts will get highly addictive and you might forget to go to school. :P

  • @ALitleWanabeBB No problem. I was wondering if you could give some advice if it isn't too much trouble. I wouldn't classify myself as 'fat' but I could probably lose a few pounds. Anyway, I was going to ask if you could recommend a good diet for working out and also if I should lose the pounds then work out or just turn the 'fat' into muscle? Thanks a lot. :)

  • @MultiFunkalicious u CANT turn fat into muscle thats a myth, the fat is fat and it cant be turned into muscle, do weight training all the time u want but all the muscle u achieve it will be covered with fat if u dont do cardio and loose weight

  • @MultiFunkalicious u will have to do 3 things do eat less. more protein less calories. train your muscles. and do cardio. last point is most important. without moving u even can get sivh
