If you learn how to manage your mana, then you really only need flat mana regen seals to improve your early game harassment. and she has one of the highest base HP's for any ranged AD carry. I'm not sure why people complain about these so much. as long as your slightly conservative with your mana then you should be able to harass well and stay safe.

Gragas strut is better than her passive, and Trundle's rotting flesh would just get anyone hot.
