Ok, the original name was "The Theif and the Cobbler" and had almost no voice acting, was mostly about the theif, and overall a good animated movie. But before it was finished the way it was intended to be, Disney (or some other animated movie company) bought the rights to it, re-named it "The Princess and the Cobbler", and RUINED it by adding terrible voices, completely changed the story (literally just re-arranged scenes, and added stupid musical numbers.

We don't need him to tell us what we're seeing!

And I guess now that Broderick's performance in Lion King wasn't spectacular, but the Disney animators made sure the animated lion did more acting to compensate for Broderick's acting. But I will say this; if the Nostalgia Critic thought that Inspector Gadget was a horrible movie, the SEQUEL sucked even more major ass balls!

@Lostprophetzzz Well, he doesn't flat-out hate every Matthew Broderick MOVIE. He really likes "The Cable Guy," but that was mainly for Jim Carrey's performance. However, in all fairness, Broderick really is bland. You can practically tell that he's either reading off cue cards or is trying to pull off a good performance, but is too insecure, so he just goes back into bland mode.
