Good reasons of why you should drink water, but not exactly what I was looking for. But if I get an assignment in school that is important why we drink water, I will keep this video in mind. :)
Lolointro1 -- great question! It's best to drink the water at room temperature. Neither too cold or too hot. It's better assimilated when it's room temp. Hope that helps!
