No, in Gta 4 they respond after you shoot, if you heard a gunshot and then saw someone fall down and die right in front of you, you'd run away. That's what they do in Gta 4 and what they don't do in earlier Gta titles, so the advantage goes to Gta 4. By the way I like the earlier ones better I just disagree with the sniping part, everything else is true.

Who agrees that GTA San Andreas was the best game. It had everything, all it needed was graphics. But GTA 4 has barely anything, I think the makers of GTA 4 were so focused on making the graphics so good that they forgot about everything else.. San Andreas you could customise yourself and cars. You could even go fat, but GTA 4 you remain the same throughout the game. Everything in this video I agree with except the Sniping and Airport with no cops. They have to make it realistic at least.

1. They were going to put the Rhino tank in The Lost and Damned in a mission "I Want One of Those".

2. They were going to put two planes in the game. The Dodo and an attack plane called the Fighter.

3. Flamethrower was cut.

4.Hydrualics were cut from the game, but oddly enough peds can be seen using them, or through mods.

5.Garages are already in the game, but they are replaced by parking

6.You can mod a monster truck. (but you shouldnt have to)

tractors, the lawn mower was in san andreas near one of your safehouses, the compound thingy that you find in the corfeilds, the four wheeler, having ability to recruit gang members, better cheat codes recruit anyone, flying cars etc, in gta 4 you cant even get into a street fight with someone without the cops trying to arrest/kill you. you can change clothes in san andreas eat a lot and get fat, have the ability to workout, learn different fighting styles.
