@4x4martin look up a roadrunner shoe store near you. they helped me out with all of that. they do this process called "shoe dog" where they measure your feet take a thermal scan of the pressure you place on your feet and shape and mold an arch support for you, plus they tell you if you need a nuetral, mobile or stability type of shoe.
