  • i can charge 6 3s lipos in under half hour with ICharger 208b

  • what did you use 1c or 2c to charge

  • can u please tell me ur SET UP. and if possible send a connection diogram

  • no the port is for temperature only

  • Thanks for the video, i would like to do the same but don't know how to connect. can you tell me where to find the connection diagram of the imax ?

  • pm me your email

  • can you send me connection diagram? i want to do this with a set of 2s in series

  • pm me your email

  • Hey nice vid, i have two 3200 MiA 20C 7.4 lipos i normaly charge one at a time and charge at 3.2A and at 7.4 volts (2s). If i charged them both at once would i have to set it at 6.4A and 14.8 volts (4s)? thanks

  • depend on charge in parallel or in series, if charge is series that's mean you put 2 packs in serial = 16.8v and 3.2A ; if charge in parallel that's mean you put 2 packs in parallel = 7.4V and 6.4A

suggest charge in series, because in parallel in harmful ...

  • dickhead!

  • what is the thing that the b6 is connected to by alligator clips called? Is it like a ac to dc adapter or something?

  • let google "barrel connectors"

  • can you send me the connection diagram?

  • pm me your email

  • Hi. OK so you plug the main charge cables as well as the balance cables in series?

  • yes correct

  • ist er auch ein lanksamis laden mit 10 maper möglich für lip 3s

  • Hello,

Did you have to manually enter in the Mah value of both batteries. For example, 2 x 2200Mah = 4400Mah in total, or does the B6 just charges until it can't put any more amps into the batteries?

    Thank you

  • can't manually enter mah value, in imax b6 you need to enter charge current and cell number input ... e.g. 2.5A 3S when imax detected cell voltage reached 4.2v it will then stop

  • Wow, that was quick.

I've just received my 2 x GT Power 6S T0 3S Splitter Charger Leads. I've just bought 2 x IMax B6 chargers. Thanks to your video I now know how to charge 2 batteries at a time.

    Thank you

  • hi ive just orded my imax b6 charger of a well known auction site lol i payed $31.00 all in which i think was a BARGAIN price , my question is as a novice to li-po's and to this charger is do you feel its an easy charger to work for a novice , also ive found a post on making a thermol sensor using the lm35 (google it people) do you feel this is a wise decision to use this heat sensor from the start , regards james

  • definitely for novice to expert because it is clone and copy from e-station, all key features are considered.

i don't think you need to monitor battery pack's temperature if you use balance charging mode

  • e.g. if you use balance charging, each cell is under monitoring, when one of the pack cell is malfunction it will not charge and sound alert .... however if you charge without balance plug plugged in, AND when one of the cell is malfunction e.g. for 3 cell the charger will only stop charging at 12.6v, if one cell is abnormal then the remaining 2 cells will be charged up to 6.3v... in this case temperature monitoring is useful because abnormal battery pack will heat up before exploring ...

  • How good and dependable is this charger reason why i am asking is because I just ordered one and was wondering how they are. if you could please get back to me i would really appreciate any feedback from you thank you for time

  • sorry for my late reply because i was in china can not access youtube, the only problem of imax charger is their button, be careful not press too hard !

  • i bought imax b8 but no 2s balancer pot

  • omg, i think they just want to save a little space !

  • can i use T connector to charge 2 nicd n nimh battery at once?

  • you can make a cable and connector whatever t-plug or another to make 2 pack of nicd in series as of single pack provided not excess the maximum number of nimh or nicd imax b6 is supported.

p.s. don't mix nicd and nimh into single pack !

  • I was wondering, can this charge 2 NIMH packs at the same time? Thanks

  • yes you can connect both pack in series and provided not exceed charger's nimh cell count

  • Hi!

I would really appreciate if you could help me. I have a turnigy 6 cell lipo bal charger. I bought a series 6s>2x3s balance lead and a deans series charge lead. when I tried to make the last connection to the charger (deans plug on the second 3s batt) it created a little "explosion". equipment is ok, had to replace deans plugs that contacted little chunks of metal contacts were melted.. Batts are exact same, one may have been a volt higher in charge tho at the time...

  • i have sent you the connection diagram, see if it can help !

  • hi can you send me a copy of the diagram too thanks

  • hey, would you mind sending me the diagram as well?

    Thanks :)

  • send your email address to my inbox

  • question: are chargers detects only the batteries in series? like for example in your video, its 3S, and 2 packs, it detects only 3S, because the 2 packs is in parallel...

    >>does it effect the load of the charger??

    >>another,, so i can charge 3 packs (3S) in parallel??

    your reply is much appreciated...

  • oh im sorry,, its 6S,, i didnt notice...

  • im having trouble chargin the nimh batteries inside my jr transmitter using the b6.. it says connection break, i connect the red + black outputs to the charge port on the side of my jr9x2... any ideas?

  • it is caused by +ve and -ve from your jr is different or reverse ! you need to either take out the battery and charge it directly or you make a adaptor.
