It is called "I'll Find You My Friend" written by Linda Leavitt Hartman. It is available in a large number of languages. I have yet to find an MP3 of it. The sheet music is available from the LDS bookstores.

I am happy to view this video. When my wife and I were baptized 12 years ago, a lot of church members sing the song to us. I ever searched its related information on internet, but very few was found. The Christmas 4 years ago few junior high school students sing the song to us family again. I recorded it. :-)
