to me, this is a tribute song about anyone dealing with addictions, and the families who try to get them sober before it is too late (fix you, etc.). It is not too late to get someone help while they are still alive. When someone does not go into rehab, its tragic, and this song moved me! Coldplay is amazing!

@MrSodapopinski51 She did go to rehab, multiple times. in fact, she was free of drugs for over a year. Drugs could have killed her, yes, but honeslty people talking all over the media about how she was such an addict, such a drugged out person dont even look into her actual life, just base their comments off of tabloids from 2008. Dont people think there is a reason we didnt see amy drugged out after 2009 in tabloids? Yea, there is a reason, because she wasn't drugged out for a long time.
