@josesblima Well I keep the pick somewhat loose in my fingers, with not much tip sticking out. This lets the pick have small bumps rather than digging under the string really hard. Picking at an angle to the strings as opposed to at hitting them straight on also helps with the drag , helping to keep a fluid motion.
