Omg. These broke my heart. I reckon I'm in for a headache after the amount of tears I just cried. Damnit. I've watched plenty of soaps with such a typical gay story line, and they've been alright, haven't expected much, but this, this really was powerful. It just hit you right there in the heart. Brilliant acting, brilliant story and just, it was great. As much as everyone was saying it took aaron forever to come out I think they did just right with it. Good on them. xx

I can't believe I cried for a soap opera. This episode was so intense. Even if I wanted I couldn't stop my tears.

This is one of most compelling scenes I have ever watched on television. Is this considered a soap opera, because it totally blows away the soft lit and make up jobs we have here in America. That was raw, authentic, and brilliant, you'll never see that on Young and The Restless.

This episode was incredible. Incredibly portrayed by each actor. The feelings appear so real. So raw. You can completely understand where both characters are coming from. I am 100% rooting for both Aaron & Paddy emotional security & strength. These moments were absolutely incredible.

Typing through tears, I don't know what to say. And if any of you have watched my comments or visited my channel - you will know that I am seldom at a lost for words - LOL. In many respects, it was like my own coming out. It brought back the feelings of anger and inadequacy.

I thought part 2 was powerful - this is OFF the hook. The writing is realistic and expresses what so many of us have felt.

Paddy is now my unlikely HERO! And Aaron's flight or fight reaction is natural.

This is some of the most brilliant writing I have ever seen on the subject of coming out. What Aaron is going through is so much more like what many guys deal with when they finally understand what they are going through. Paddy is so Awesome about this.

wow never expected that. This is by far the best episode of a soap in general I have watched. The acting was powerful. I would love to see Aaron reach out to Jackson or Adam so that they can help him heal and sort things out and go back home to Paddy. All I can say is Paddy is one great DAD (real biological or not). I hope Aaron will be ok. I can't wait for the next episode.

@hereinmarkham I would not confide in Adam. He sort of outed him and made him the talk of the town for a while. He had to cover by digging himself into deeper hole by dating Holly. He must feel a little better by letting someone know his secret. He can be himself around Paddy. but it doesn't seem like he is ready. He keeps using the words queer and freak show. It will take time.
