Master Yip Man, though lived an impressing life and contributed more than words can describe to both Chinese culture and Chinese KungFu, is still a human being. Grandmaster Yip was a modest man to say the least. The works of Master Yip should be remembered for what he did rather than what the film industry made to profit off his name.

Not to take anything from anyone else, but, I believe that Donnie Yen capture Ip Man the best. In my opinion, the series should have stuck with Donnie Yen. The General Miura and Ip Man fight scene as well as the 1 against 10 fight scene was the best.

Technically Ip Man 3 is the prequel, which also doesn't have Donnie Yen in it. A Legend Is Born is what I think the real 3rd movie is called.
