I'm 100% certain that there was another Herbie movie about "Thorndyk" or somebody making another black (evil) Herbie and destroyed the original so they had to rebuild him using the same parts as before.
Enjoyable. I'm glad you used a scene from the 97 Love Bug. Don't know why that movie is looked down on. I enjoyed this. Needed more editing towards the end though.

I saw a VW bug that was painted exactly like the Herbie car in this movie just the other day...I think it was in Kentucky I saw it. It was soooo cute....made me think of this movie - I had forgotten all about it until I saw that car!
