great wrkout buddy, but i would rather do shoulder den triceps or back den biceps, becuz ur tricep is the primary muscle wen u do shoulder and u should already be feeling ur triceps before u even strt hiting them. isolation wrkout would only do u justice for a certain period of time.

when attempting to bulk I know that i need to consume large amounts of CARBS. but is there a limit to what i should consume to limit the amount that goes to fat? if this helps im 140 lbs and 5'11
@wichertj consume slow digesting carbs with high protiens, about a meal every 2 or 3 hours, for better explanation check out twinmuscleworkout. they get in depth about that stuff, its in my page under subscriptions

I can get an effective arm workout done with 4 exercises and only 3 sets per exercise... Too much time in the gym will only help cortisol levels rise and that leads to a catabolic state while lifting... Don't need so many exercises to actually push the muscles to their limits.

Why so many variations for biceps?
Recently started, I only do standing bicep dumbell curls. They are getting bigger.
Do i 'need' to do different variations?
