Is it just me, or is it astounding to think that these lyrics were written by the boss over 25 years ago... i'm 27 now... and they are so profound to me, yet they're almost as old as i am.... the epitomi of a timeless classic. My dad raised me on Bruce, so thankfully, given timeless classics, when my Pa passes, i'll constantly be reminded of my dads great work by this awesome song. Thank you Dad, and thank you Bruce. He's 26 to be exactly, but it's still amazing that somebody this young could write all these masterpieces. I'm only 16 but Bruce is my all time idol, been to 8 concerts and everytime I hear a song like this I get goosebumps. Especially from the 1978 concerts, because these are the best in my opinion, they're so raw and full with emotion and energy. If I could have one wish in my whole life it is to travel back in time to 1978.
