my body wont react to it anymore, i got it incredibly bad when i was a kid, i was curious today at the park so i grabbed some and smeared it hard on my forearm getting as much juice as i could on my skin, its been about 3 hours and nothing

no it does not poison ivy has three green leaves and has a red steam

If you don't know that you've come into contact with poison ivy, you're in trouble. For most of us, once the oils from the plant penetrate your skin no amount of soap, ajax, or bleach will stop your body from reacting to it. I know, I've been unfortunate enough to get it three times! In my case, poison ivy infects me so bad that if I'm not able to get steroids from the doctors, I'm sure my arms and legs would need to be amputated!
