Americans are a charitable people. Proof of this is that even though it is much less advantageous than it used to be taxwise to give to charity, people still give a lot.
With the Fair Tax not allowing taxation on any earnings and people keeping more money, they will have lots more to give freely.
I believe charities will benefit greatly under the fair tax system.

but isn't the argument that charities won't be receiving as much since there is no "incentive" to give.
