What I never understood about Final Fantasy is that you can summon a fucking apocalyptic creature from Hell that destroys the planet with the sheer magnitude of the attack and yet it still only does like 52 damage to an enemy. fuck logic.
dude this games story is amazing and so original. i havnt beatten this game yet cuz shit happens every playthrough but this time im gonna definetly beat it. i do know everythibng so its a bit of a letdown but thats cool. i just got done with clouds memories in mideel, have to say thats one of the deepest game plotpoints ever haha
If they remake, which they should idc what anyone says... they need to give bosses 10x the original amount of health. I did a speed run at the lowest possible level and beat this boss without my morning coffee
I really wish the later boss battles were more engaging. Hell, playing against Carry Armor and Hojo put more pressure on you than playing against Synthesis and Bizarro Seph, even Safer Seph.

Knights of Round serves 2 purpose in this battle a quick, easy win. makes the 2 sephiroth forms more enjoyable, especially if you've acquired the ultimate weapons
who the hell uses Red XIII in their party, his limit breaks blow. If you want to be a god in FF7 master every materia, equip sneak attack+Knights of the Round, Magic Counter+Knights of the Round, Counter+Mime, Counter+Mime, Final Attack+ Phoenix, of course if you are going against Ruby weapon kill off 2 party members first and let the one person eat death then they will summon phoenix and bring in entire party, my 3 fav characters to use in combat are Cloud, Yuffie, and Cid, all level 99 maxed

He is ok in the beggining, but you want at least cid and cloud for there multi striking limit breaks, highwind hits somewhere around 20x, usually for around 3000-4000 damage a hit, and omnislash hits about 12-14 times usually for pure 9999. I just like using Yuffie for her ability to hit with morph for pure 9999, I farm status sources ex:power sources, to max out my characters stats. What I say is not gay.
its gay because your very limited. you dont think about other ways of beating the games hardest bosses. i beat emerald weapon without knights of the round or mime-counter phoenix-final attack combo (although i do use Phoenix separately). i beat emerald with RedXIII Cloud and Vincent in my party. and it took me a hell of a long time, but at least I beat him (not surfing the web for lame tricks that make the game too easy). challenge yourself for once

I had Bahamut Zero, but I can't remember why I didn't have it here. Only 1 Enemy Skill, because I didn't really see the point of getting and filling more of them. White Wind - handy, but with Phoenix aboard, kind of pointless. As for the levels, 65-72 is perfectly adequate considering Safer Sephiroth is only around lv 70, so...
what? lvl = useless matrea combinations = pro...........my yuffies mime counterx7 combo has her attack 14 times without actualy using a turn.........beat safer sephiroth at lvl 37 killed cloud and barret n purpose.
ah, the best game on the planet. I find it funny that Jenova has boobs when Ifalna claims Jenova or, "crisis from the sky" is a he when you watch the vids in Ifalnas home. Also, sneak attack with a bahamut ZERO works well along with kotr-quadra and mime...It never glitched for me but it took so long I left the room to make a sandwich
Can't wait to download this game on my PSP. Aah, so many great memories!

Do you by chance ever use haste?
When i know its a tough battle, i usually begin by casting wall and haste on all party members.
Reflect + spells on yourself is very effective too.

I didn't usually use haste, just kept popping Hypers before fight breaks out. More limit breaks = more fun. =)

i think when ur either level 99 or 98 safer sephiroth becomes god hard as he kinda is if your fighting him around lvl 60

lol i had 9k hp each on my guys and just used knights of the round once and he died. sephiroth didnt scratch me either.. i have yet to try the weapons though

this boss was seriously easy for me, had vincent and Barret take out the tentacles while Cloud took on the main body. seriously easy!

damn first video i see that u dont overpower the enemy.. so nice video man ;) not like all these kids telling: i used the 9999999 X 100 skill and what not. I played the game and found it easy at the last parts because of the overpowered summons and limits so im tired of watching videos showing how u killed the ie. imp that has 11 hp or the cute cat with 5 hp at lvl 99 with knights or the last boss that is still too easy =) thanks

I had Bahamut Zero, but I can't remember why I didn't have it here. Only 1 Enemy Skill, because I didn't really see the point of getting and filling more of them. White Wind - handy, but with Phoenix aboard, kind of pointless. As for the levels, 65-72 is perfectly adequate considering Safer Sephiroth is only around lv 70, so...

what? lvl = useless matrea combinations = pro...........my yuffies mime counterx7 combo has her attack 14 times without actualy using a turn.........beat safer sephiroth at lvl 37 killed cloud and barret n purpose.

ah, the best game on the planet. I find it funny that Jenova has boobs when Ifalna claims Jenova or, "crisis from the sky" is a he when you watch the vids in Ifalnas home. Also, sneak attack with a bahamut ZERO works well along with kotr-quadra and mime...It never glitched for me but it took so long I left the room to make a sandwich
