Contacted United based on this video regarding SPI's. The operator said he's been with United for 3 years and has never heard of an SPI, or any method for shipping a small pkg. via air freight internationally. I need to send a Canadian passport to a relative who forgot it here in the US today (Sat) but must have it to return to the US on Wed. SPI would be perfect for me to get it to him, but again, United says they've never heard of this service. This video does look about 30 years old. ???
