  • This is some nice stuff and you are obviously good at handstands. Why don't clean up your handstand form with some nice form, better active shoulders and feet together.

  • yo arash i remember how much we used to train those. so much fun! anyways, i have been doing other drills going back a forth across the studio. instead of just going forward, we go sideways, the other way sideways, and then backwards which is pretty hard. do a vid on your trying it.

  • I'd love to train like this but the blood rushes to my head when I do handstands so I can only do them for a few seconds at a time.

  • How can I do this !!! I want to do this so bad. When my dad was younger he used to walk on his hands for fun. It would be cool to show him that his son was able to master this. I can't do a handstand push up yet but I can overhead press around 65% of my body weight (don't know if that would help). I don't have much balance either.

  • @Shdw97 As you practice more it starts bothering you less. Just start doing handstands for 10sec, then just build on that. I barely notice it now. Your body gets used to it, your circulatory system slowly adapts.

  • yes, you need to do a series of handstand tutorial videos just like you are doing for pull ups.

  • How is this recovering? doesn't this put a strain on your wrist? awesome anyway ofc ^^ but if you had a serious injury, do you have advices on how to make the wrists stronger? I love to do handstands but my wrists are kind of weak:-/ (or something) :-P

    begin by learn your HS with a wall , then without and then walking.....

  • Because any blood in out body going towards our head is pushing against gravity, handstand are great to help with that flow!, Especially in the morning since your blood has been moving horizontally all night!
