  • Good review. One thing though. Folders are not new to Android. They've been around for a long time. Only the current implementation is new.

  • @jonmo12 You're right, folders have been on Android for a while. What we meant was the addition of app folders and the new styling when placed on the homescreen! Glad you enjoyed the review :-)

  • @theGadgethelpline Yea, I knew what you meant, just heckling ya. Hope I didn't come off as a jerk or anything though. Anyway, it was a really good in-depth review!

  • This is the best review I've seen on the Galaxy Nexus handset. This is the benchmark for all handset reviews. This is how it should be done, clear information and superb video quality. Excellent stuff!

  • how much would 4.0 change my phone considering the fact that my sensation 4g runs on htc sense as well?

  • Great review, Thanks. :)

  • I get mines Friday and I already Love it !

  • are there any android fan like me who also doesn't like the way ice cream sandwich looks? and when this comes out will it be necessary to upgrade if the device is compatible with ics

  • andriod rulez

  • IPHONE RULZ

  • s2 uses the super amoled+, nexus just super amoled, so not the same screen.

  • Do you reckon this phone is better than the Galaxy s2?

  • @CANVECVIDEO There really is not much in it! We like the Nexus because it has ICS but the Galaxy SII will have it soon!

  • tududu, tudududududu (8)

  • Nice review.....and can i know the name of the music?? its pretty neat :)

  • Is it available on singapore?

  • 1 person is a piece of shit

  • Folders have been in stock android for ages.

  • Absolutely excellent review. Thanks !

  • The 3 touch keys reminds me wm7

  • ICS may just be the death of some very loved home replacement launchers!

  • Wooden background... win.

  • my watch is still better,it has a lamp!

  • Nice review. The quality shows. Liked the camera zooming & there was no pausing & "umm and uhh"ing. I liked the zooming of the camera when showing off certain features. However, there are glaring factual errors that pop up and just kinda ruins the flow. I had to stop and go wait, that's not true..what else could he be wrong about? For example, you said: 4.7 screen instead of 4.65, that this was the first time Android has had folders. Folders have been on Android for quite some time. Out of space

  • Now if only Verizon could hurry up and fucking release it we'd be good

  • I'm an Apple customer. I will only use macbooks from here on out until something I feel is superior comes out, which in my opinion Apple makes the best computers. I don't know how I feel about the iPhone 4s. I have the 3g and it's time for an upgrade, would it be worth getting a galaxy nexus? Or is the iPhone 5, which won't come out until fall 2012, going to be worth the wait?

  • @readygo242 I used to have an iPhone 3G and have moved to Android (I first had HTC Legend), and I have to say, I much prefer Android OS to iOS. And also, it's a lot more of a user friendly option, because if you get tired of one brand, you can move across to another brand, and your Google account will remember/sync your paid Apps, Contacts, Gmail, Calendar etc, and I've found that I've got more out of Android than what I did from iOS.

  • @readygo242 if ur a techy kinda guy and love custumization options get the galaxy nexus. android has ten times more custimization while apple barely has any. if not get the iphone. both solid phones. its all personal choice. as for my preference android all the way

  • I like galaxy nexus and the 4.0 android

  • Thanks to you I am really sure what I am going to buy. Great review

  • Android didn't steel the idea of folders or social network integration from competition...

The OS is all about customization, and folders, social network integration, and various other options were in android long before competition, through skins. and YES, skins are PART of android.

Android 4.0 took various options from skins (like touchwiz and sense) and integrated them directly into the pure google experience, in an attempt to speed up future updates due to manufacturer skins...

  • @lilmoe2002 Everybody is copying each others since this branch started. You should've noticed.

  • so i wanted to ask the opinion of everyone that watched/watches this video and sees this comment.

which do you guys like better the S 2 or the galaxy nexus? i'm pondering on what to get any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

  • This review just made me order one!

  • Price: 300 Most likely :| Damn you expensive phones!!!

  • Booting screen badazz

  • android has had folders......

  • wait so if i have the galaxy S 2 X and once i get this update it will include those 3 gay buttons at the bottom even though i have 4 capacitive touch buttons on the bottom of my phone!?

  • @ButterySnowBoard no it won't.. the galaxy nexus only has that feature because it lacks the captive soft keys. any phone with them will not have that when they receive ICS.

  • What if I want a folder inside of a folder??

  • @gettipsy911 Folderception?

  • @gettipsy911 On a serious note, folders inside folders aren't possible!

  • coming from webOS for a year this is the phone im getting this is sweet.

  • S2 is way better

  • It's sad that it's so ugly...It's just not a nice design for a phone....

  • i wouldn't call an oleophobic screen water-resistant, and definitely not scratch resistant. the scratch resistance is courtesy of the reinforced glass. oleophobic just means fingerprints can be wiped off easily.

  • Just a nexus s with a bigger screen

  • @dejesus191 someones sad they have the nexus s, lol

  • @dejesus191 .. more powerful processor and ICS.

  • One thing I love most about the folders in IC is how they look like a hole in the wallpaper. It has this in depth look to it.

  • not expandable.. 5 mp camera.....wtf

  • Best video I have seen so far regarding the Galaxy Nexus
