psp running gba games

i want to have an psp and put snes emu and to play the psp games whit ISOS's what psp model i need to buy to do those things? i can use the Sony PSP Piano Black Core System for those?

That's not true. As long as you have custom firmware, you can absolutely have GPSP 0.9.

an easy downgrade does almost all the work for you so there isn't much effort needed ;)

you'll need it because it has an exploit in it & that update must be in ur GAME folder (in a map)

lumines is a game that you'll need to buy in a shop..

you must update to 3.50 and downgrade from there with the lumines UMD & on psp-hacks you can download an easy-downgrader that can help you
