Just three, Sage, Electric purple and soft violet. If I love them, which I think I will, i'll order more. I also told her that I found her through you, for whatever it's worth.
I have electric purple - I love it! I don't have Sage or Soft Violet. - if you do swatches or a video using them let me know because I would love to see what they look like.
The samples have 1/4 teaspoon in a ziplock baggie. The full jars are a full teaspoon, so you get 1/4 of that amount in the sample which is quite a bit actually.
Thanks! It doesn't crease and works like a primer if you only apply a tiny little bit of vaseline. Basically you lightly touch the vaseline with your finger and then only put that little tiny barely there amount on your lid. Even though it doesn't seem like much it is enough to spread lightly over your entire lid, make your pigments especially vibrant, and hold your pigments onto your lid. If you use a lot it will crease - you just want to use barely any at all - just the lightest touch.
Thanks! It doesn't make the lids oily - it gives the pigments something to grab onto and it also intensifies the colors as it oxidates. You only use a very tiny amount. You basically just barely touch the vaseline with your fingerip, and then spread that teeny tiny amount on your lid. That's seriously all you need- if you use any more than that it will crease - you only need just a touch so that it's barely there.
Thanks! The colors are gorgeous. I am so bad at doing swatches... that's why I've been making myself do them in quite a few videos lately - so that hopefully I get better at them over time.
they seem to be very pigmented. congrats on the sponsorship :]

When you apply loose shadows with vasoline, does it crease soon after or does it work like a primer would? Great vid and congrats on the sponsorship!

Thanks! I'm really glad you liked that idea. I usually use that as a base for pigments.

Grape soda does have blue undertones. It looks purpler (if that's a word) in real life - the lighting must have made it look bluer.

we can use Vaseline ?? O.o doesn't that make ur lids oily ? or maybe not? hehe ^^
