1. You're at the wrong angle. Show me one shot where the camera is pointing down at David Blaine and he is standing at a 45 degree angle.

He is actually on a rig when he's floating higher. The "spectator" they show when he's floating higher is actually someone in on it who is dressed similarly to them.
