It's 2011 and I still have my blue Krzr, loving it! My mums always asking me to get a new one but I don't need all the fancy phones today - cameras, videos, editing, iphone crap etc, I like my Krzr because it does what I what a phone for - TO CALL AND TEXT!!! it may not be the fanciest phone, but it does what I need it to and I'm happy enough with that.

@Delboylover1997 i still have mine also. it's great EXCEPT the battery is awful. i found some outlet store online that still sells the large capacity batteries and battery covers. with the new battery it's much better, but it's no longer a slim phone and it weights more. it feels like a 90's cell phone now, lol.

It's a great phone just like the rzr is. The rzr was great when it came out at first because everyone wasn't a spoiled little brat wanting a phone that was as powerful as a f-ing laptop! Our standards and expectations are thru the roof and that's why a regular flip phone won't satisfy most tech addicts. Nothing wrong with wanting a phone that could have run NASA's operations in the 60s and 70s but that doesn't mean a standard phone is a piece. Some people still want a decent basic phone.

It did get awkward over the years when friends tried getting me to text them and trying to come up with an excuse to use normal phone calls because I didn't have a fancy new phone always like they had.

I loved my KRZR when I have it on AT&T I have the blue one. Such a classic flip phone. This is when I love Motorola on AT&T until the BackFlip came out for AT&T. But Still THIS was the best phone I've had for a long time. Just glad I never bought a crappy iPhone.

This phone sucks so much! The screen cracked...it snapped in half! I fell with it in my pocket ONCE and this happened. So lame.... Also the only good thing is the simple texting interface and the internet is so bad its just a list of different things. The mp3 player went "Corrupted" the screen shuts of and on randomly, the battery life is terrible. SO basically the only good things are texting and calling but these arent even as good as they could be/should be. had it 2 years 1 year left...FML

I hate the K1m, its slow and the OS have tons of bugs. Example of a bug, if i send a text same time i am getting one...the phone will reset. Also about a year into use, the flex cable went out and started to get a white screen. I replaced the cable but the phone still sucks.

I have owned 2 of these KRZR's and loved them! Never a problem. I can record ANY SOUND and make it an INDIVIDUAL ring tone for one contact or all contacts. I have MICHAEL WESTEN's threatening as my general ring tone. Brother's ring is Jack Nicholas's Few Good Men rant. This phone records sounds directly - no need to pay for a ring tone. MAKE ONE! Swears and all! The 2mp camera actually takes good pictures - wallpaper on my computer is from this phone. Best Motorola phone ever in my opinion!

wow guys. I didn't have ANY problems with my Krzr except for the "sticky key" i have on the #6. Other than that, nothing much. The only thing i don't like about it is that I can't listen to the music through headphones but it can hear the vids i have. Kinda weird huh?

this phone was a nightmare when I owned it. went through 3 of them, in 2 months. 1st one: stopped placing calls, no txt recieving, screen locks. Death: threw it out my car window. 2nd one: Keypad stopped functioning except power key, speaker fried out, scrambled ringtones. Death: Snapped it in 6 pieces, and set it on fire. 3rd one: Froze up on 1ST POWER UP!!!!! then it stopped charging battery, more hell broke loose. Death: Slammed it to dust with a hammer. This is a decent phone. I got it right after my first one broke. After all the times I've dropped it over the past few years, it hasn't broke yet. Once you get used to this phone, you'll like it. But I'm replacing it with the Samsung Exclaim next month.

The krzr has one. The razr in that video is a v3c the original one, it does not have the sd slot. The silver and pink v3m razrs do have the sd slot....your the idiot :-)

If the phone is for sprint, i dont know. But if you have a verizon you can use the krzr as prepaid. You can use any verizon phone on prepaid except the pda and blackberrys

I mean, the phone eats batteries--i've had this phone a tiny bit over a year and i've gone through 4 batteries--after a month goes by with a new battery you will lose the charge after using it for like 30 minutes.

you may love the look of the mirror on this phone, but buyers, TRUST ME. its the most annoying thing on the phone. you constantly see fingerprints that wont get off! the battery life is also SOO BAD. im getting a new phone because of it. and it began to do wierd things like say memory card taken out and re inserted and messages began to show up again after being deleted. the good thing about this phone tho is that you can drop it all the time, and it wont break. the sound quality is also good.

I've had the k1m for 2 years now. It's been a very good phone, I've only had a handful of dropped calls and very few problems. For the last few months my battery won't keep a charge for more than a few hours, especially if I use pictures/texts (I've ran a completely charged battery to red in 10 minutes). It's only died a few times, it will just show there's no battery left and that annoying beep will start. You should be able to turn that off. Will be an Instinct in June!!

Wellllllllllllll this phone is horrible. My dad had it. First, it just stopped charging. It would charge my moms phone(she has the same one), but not his. Then the front screen went out. it would be blue like it was on but would show no color. Then the battery started to not work. Then the top got loose and nearly fell off. So he went back to the rRazr which is a peice of shit too. And now my moms phone is having charging problems. DON'T GET THIS

The K1 is GSM and is the one I am after so I can use it with my 7-11 Speak Out pay as you go.

I have had this phone for two years now and my upgrade in may i will tell you this right now i am counting down the days. I could not hate this phone more. Though the phone is a tank and very durable the software is by far the worst of any phone i have had. I am embarassed to let friends use it thats how slow it is. It crashes on me about every day. By this i mean i will be in the middle of sending a message and there will be a white screen and then its done for like two minutes. DO NOT GET IT!!

i dont get why there are so many complaints about a phone, i have the Fire K1M, flashed to Cricket with a new battery cause of water logged. no problems so far, except that when its charging and you use the camera, it will give me a error, but thats a easy fix. Everything else works fine. The K1M HAS a 1.3 mp camera. Mine has a large crack down the front of the phone, but the mp3 touch and screen still work. As for texting, the keypad confortable . Its really a thin phone too. Krzr = Kool Rzr
