  • I made this today. Boy was it good! Reminded me of Pho soup. I was surprised at how delicious the shiritaki noodles are. Plan to make the shepard's pie next. I also ordered the Ramen Girl movie to watch from blockbuster. Thank you for your recipes and nice videos!

  • @sweeetsparkle Yes, you can use another noodle, I use these noodles to keep the recipe low carb : )

  • Hi Jay, I was wondering what brand of noodles do you use? Sorry if it was answered and I missed it somewhere.

  • @LanyLooLoo No problem : ) I use the Tofu Shirataki Noodles by House Foods America Corporation.

  • Awesome- where / how do you get those tosted tofu? I dont know much about tofu but I have seen it looks like a solid block. Is this something else?

  • @albeeinla Yes these are deep fried tofu, you can find them at your local Asian store. They are great with stir fry and in dishes that have sauces because they will absorb the sauce like a sponge. Please let me know if you try it : )

  • @graycious3 Thank you so much for the compliment : ) The tofu puffs are deep fried tofu. They are extra good if you cut them in half before adding them to your stir-fry, they absorb sauces and take on the flavor of what ever you are cooking! Yum! They do not have any kind of taste to them, if you eat them by themselves. Hope this helps :)
