The first time I saw this, I was stopped dead in my tracks at 6:30! I met Amy's family when her mom's Blue Star flag was converted to a Gold Star. I had the honor of being her mom's escort during the ceremony. The Military Wall of Honor has a post about her on Facebook. Search "wall of honor bullock-sinkler" and you'll find the write-up.
Ok ive been watching your vids develop over the past 4 yrs ... you are a very talented person and you deserve a LOT of thanks these vids get better and better and you still hit home the harsh reality thankyou x
I had to stop the video and back up to 6:30 - then I sat and cried for a minute. I met this soldier's mother last year. I was her escort at a Blue to Gold Ceremony, and I saw how strong a person she was. Thank you so much for posting this!
Yes, Vietnam was forgotten at the beginning, but I recognize at least one of the photos as uniquely Vietnam. Try as they might, it won't go away and neither will those who came back to scowls, being spit upon, and name calling. Shame on Americans who thought less of these soldiers than they do of others. A different time, a different reason, but the same soldiers sacrificing for their country. Thankfully, we're getting it right now.
A weekend late, but it is never to late to Thank "OUR Men and Women " in the military that made the ultimate sacrifice for all of us. Rest in Peace and may comfort come to the families in knowing that there are many who feel their loss and pain. God Bless our fallen troops and may God Bless this country for without him... we will all lose our way.
It is hard for those of us who have served to find words of thanks for some one like you. This is a magnificent tribute to those who gave their all. You did not get all of my tears but you sure got a bunch of them.
Thank you Lizzy for sharing your patriotic talents with us. Keep it up! This great land & its citizens need to be reminded often of how blessed we are.
"Remember Me" will always be a favorite and this one is right there with it. Thank you for another awesome video. You are truely talented. Very touching video.
Awesome video. R.I.P. to all the fallen.

You do a nice job. Do you have close relatives in a war? Where are going to college?
