Fly-lo, Ras-G, Dilla did it, Dabrye, Samiyam, etc. I wouldn't say it's Hip Hop, cause some of this stuff, you just can't rap to. Most people seem to call this glitch hop; Most notable artist in this field are Dabrye, Hudson Mohawke, Mike Slott & Machine Drum. I'm sure there are others that I have left out or simply have not heard of yet. However don't get too caught up in the 'correct' classification of the genre. When people get like that I just remind them it's music
