Im considering buying this phone but i got a question bout it, when your talking to someone on the phone do the touch sensitive keys accidently get pushed by rubbing against your cheek and cause the phone to hang up or put on hold (i dont know the functions of the keys on this phone) if you could let me know id apreciate it. thnx 8:D
Hi there. When I set my phones Profile to 'Normal' I get annoying Beeps when I am Texting or just browsing the phone, is there any way to turn this off ? I have tried but when I have it on Silent I don't here the Phone ringing or a text coming through. Thanks.

And another thing, wheres the antenna on the phone so I can use the radio? Thanks
I don't think there is a way to turn it off without actually going into the phone's software. It was probably done because of all the controversy when camera phones first became popular and people were afraid of having pictures taken of them. Also, the antenna is built in.

You are right on the majority if not all LG handsets the capture sound for the camera can not and will not be switched off. We believe its for those camera (perverting) reasons too!
Ok, we agree that the Secret battery life isn't the greatest but we wouldn't say its the worst - we currently get around 2-3 days usage max. If heavily used we need to recharge every 1 1/2 days.
Out of the two you chosen we would say that the Secret is better overall as the camera functionality is good and video recording features are pretty fun :)
What else do you like from a handset - we picked up that you are a texter :)
We suppose if you like to take great pic's and vid's then the Secret is great plus the new M-Toy gaming feature on the Secret is brilliant as it gives you a Wii like gaming experience.

We use Magix Movie Edit Pro and we are using a proper digital camera rather than a mobile phone - we can't wait for a mobile phone to deliver that quality ;)
We also have started to use professional lightning equipment ;)

When you are on the phone the touch senstivite pad is dormant - not in use.
The phone has a sensor so it knows when it is close to your face to prevent you from doing just that :)

You need to switch off your keypad tones from within your Profiles menu. Jump into Profiles and then select Normal.
Now scroll down and select Keypad tone Volume and reduce it down to zero!
