  • hey there sorry to hear that you hit a stall. i know sometime our bodies just get use to having the same calories and exercise so what works for me is to lower calories and carb for a week and up the exercise. i know how hard it can be, i am 12months out next week, i feel sometimes we just have to make a change in our routine well i hope this helps good luck. take care

  • Btw I am 5'6

  • how fast has this year gone ay!? you'll get the weight off quick, you're good at this! lol :)

  • Wow, you look great! Your face looks thinner too. Salt can be such an adversary, I always have problems with it. I am also adding in a bit more carbs, as I am trying to build muscle. I hear it is really good to have something high in protein and carbs after your workout. Keep plugging away at it, you will make it!

  • Girl u r looking great ..keep up the good work.

  • You look great! I know how a weight gain can play games with your mind but you really are doing awesome and keep going, the weight will come off.
