This game is totally awesome you guys! I'd highly recommend it, from a person who made it to level 134 on maple story with a couple characters, Im telling you this is a laid back more active fast paced version that is totally more dominate, Graphics are way less kid like and are way more superior in detail, It truly is a work of art, Thanks finally for a perfect game.

Wow I would do your homework before reviewing a game. WS2 is not even close to WS1 except the gameplay. The whole game is different, the zones , monsters, quests raids, everything is different.

I have played MS, WK, AND WS. I honestly I believe La tale tops them all. They are all good titles but I think La Tale has earned 1st place. Especially sense its great for people who are looking for a easy fast paced mmo. Just my opinion.

Once you login, the server disconnects, its because vista is not compatible with maplestory, now 3 years later since this problem started, there is no solution.

I run it as admin and i tried windows xp service pack 2 (compatibility) but they wont work.

After i try to login i return to my background and it gives me that message.

Like that brutal start up screen, I have a super beast computer and it still takes 1-2 minutes of blackness on it. I rate maplestory stupid so its ok. They've ruined it. Big bang really annoyed me but all the updates since that have been just stupid. Too many worlds so players are far too spread out.

What I like about this game is:

You HP doesn't drain as you walk past through the mobs, unlike in MapleStory;

A normal mob status,info tab appears in the upper-middle section of the screen when you hit any mob, not like in MS when you hit any monster it's name is written only below the monster itself and sometimes hard to read due to background.

But there are far more things i do not like in this game including graphics, instant double jump and dash.UI, in my opinion, needs upgrades.

Windslayer is good? i played it before it takes like 2 says to get to lvl 10 LVL 10 while maplestory takes like 5 mins to get to lvl 10 so its better..

Wind Slayer 2 is a copy of Maplestory but they like to make it just a tiny bit different. But its the same. I know these things. @Vankpker034 Exactly. Wonderking is the best "clone" of Maplestory though, I personally find it better than MapleStory now because of how terrible Nexon NA and Kexon KR are. LaTale is my current 2d Side Scroller. Fairly nice.

@Vankpker034 LaTale is a 2d Side Scroller similar to Wonderking and Maplestory. LaTale has PVP, a decent amount of people but not TOO much so places aren't overly crowded from what I see. The classes are a bit more unique (Check the site for those), monsters are a bit cooler like the wolves. Wonderking in other regions is shutting down and yes, NA may or may not follow. Another company may buy it and keep it running. Glance at MMOHut's LaTale. It gives a decent brief over view Leveling is decent
