Hey Bill have you talked to Ron Paul about this? Because I know he is very big on going back to gold or what he calls "sound money". I know you advocate against is and think you have a very valid point. It would be very interesting to have a money debate between you and Ron Paul. Also I am having a survey on my channel about candidates to the presidency and whether people would vote for them.
Lastly,why is paying down a dishonest debt better than declaring bankruptcy?
If I only had such a candidate in my country. If you get this man in office I will play your anthem and have a toast on the prospect again of a land of the free.
Political solution- Repeal the 17th amendment and add a direct democracy to our constitutional republic by adding an online voting system to the senate where senators continue to write bills but vote publicly along side the citizens (to avoid fraud)
Economic solution- Create a US debt-free currency (ex. the greenback). Print it at a 1:1 ratio with the current Federal Reserve notes to have a smoother transition. Cancel the debt to the Federal reserve and work out a deal with foreign creditors like China. Legalize alternative forms of money/currency like Gold, silver and Bitcoin.

I believe state secession is ultimate answer for freedom (more countries more choices) but I will vote for Bill Still. One question: since the Constitution gives Congress the authority to *coin* money and regulate its value, does that mean we should be on some kind of hard money (metallic) standard instead of a paper money standard? I'm not a gold standard advocte,however, for samereasons you last film describes. I do support debt free money, printing what we need. THe only wayt to keep fiat printers honest though is to have compeititon.

-Banks (and insurance companies) have a "legal" oligopoly that is´nt possible for any other branch in the free market. Competition-courts and laws does´nt concern them. Still money is treated and talked about as a commodity by economists and politicians everywhere. Also banks and investment-banks are two different kinds of businesses that should´nt be allowed to mix in the same firm. It´s like any shop also were playing on horses in their bookkeeping. The banks have large gambling debts today.

I still have to disagree with your monetary solutions. Without a gold standard, or something tangible backing the currency, no central body can be trusted with the money supply
I'm not a gold standard advocte,however, for samereasons you last film describes. I do support debt free money, printing what we need. THe only wayt to keep fiat printers honest though is to have compeititon.

You know what bothers me Bill? I agree with all that you've said but one thing you are not saying interestingly is the same thing Andrew Jackson missed. The main mechanism for money control over the centuries has been the interest charged on loans. Without tackling this issue you will just set the bankers back but not deal with them completely. Usury, not just lending the same money 10 times over fractionally, is the core problem. I hope you get a chance at presidency in any event. Good luck

-Banks (and insurance companies) have a "legal" oligopoly that is´nt possible for any other branch in the free market. Competition-courts and laws does´nt concern them. Still money is treated and talked about as a commodity by economists and politicians everywhere. Also banks and investment-banks are two different kinds of businesses that should´nt be allowed to mix in the same firm. It´s like any shop also were playing on horses in their bookkeeping. The banks have large gambling debts today.

i think it would take divine intervention for a 3rd party to be elected still, but if you do this, and i feel obligated to make a protest vote (seems to come down to the lesser of evils, usually), it will be for Bill Still, with or without the nomination.

I would like to also see gold and silver (coins only) as legal tender along with your government issued currency; that way people can choose what they want to use. And what is your stand on "Direct Democracy" as promoted by Gerald Celente? He says let the people also vote on all issues "if we can bank online we can vote online". What say you? If you enact #2, it would be considered an ex-post facto law. nevermind the fact that you can't create law, but it would be even illegal for congress to do. expost facto laws are totalitarian. i would suggest you rethink that one.
the ideas of sound banking are obviously important, which is why i'm subbed, but i'm not sure if i'd be interested in voting for you for that reason alone. we have too much authoritarianism in the country as it is.

He did give me hope when he said that he is for legalized competing currencies. Let's just hope we can get one or both of you in the white house. If we had a money system as you propose - would it be total FIAT, I mean the value pegged to no goods at all? How can we remove the fear of the gold-standard-boys from this plan, if that is possible?

If Ron Paul is not on the ticket and Bill Still is on the ticket, I'll vote for Bill Still. I will do my best to spread the message of competing currencies and the notion of getting rid of the Federal Reserve and return money regulation back to Congress and the Treasury. Competing currencies is the answer, not government fiat alone.

Bill I have been listening to you for years and wish you luck on your journey. What I really hope happens is that you and Dr Paul can talk and you can convince him that a gold backed currency is not what we need but, a system like the BND. I agree with Dr Paul on most topics but, after watching the money masters in 2003 and the secret of Oz in 2009, I agree with your conclusion. If you can get a platform to get this out to people it would be beneficial to all to discuss.
