damn dude. at first I thought you were building up to 225 and i was like "this dude is fuckin weak"...then all the sudden it jumps to 3 plates and I was like "ok that's pretty good"...wasn't expecting 372 though. holy shit man, great job
not sure if all the yells you do are necessary, BUT...on a very funny note...when watching your video i was listening to du hast, and then it gets to a softer part, and i hear an echo of the sound "du hast" right after my song says it, and i'm like...he has it on the video! lol

excellent! I estimate my 1-RM is 355 (I did 335 for a triple) no suit. But I weigh 184 and have about 50-lbs on you. Great, keep it up.
