Unfortunately, I no longer play WoW, and my series of these videos is as complete as it is going to get. I believe at the time I made these, the party and raid configuration was disabled due to some Bliz code changes. No idea whether that is still true or not.
This is by far the most complete and detailed (and didactically best) tutorial I've ever seen on youtube! It leaves almost no aspect of the configuration unclear. Big gz!!!
Only one point is missing: setting up a party or raid frame. If you could add a module 7 about this, I'd be very pleased. There are other video guides here regarding this, but they all speed through the options and lack your accuracy.
