  • London is much better here than in Brides. I`m surprised a lot. He has an interesting voice!!

  • everything it's mr lynch

  • great lynchology

  • didn't read through all the posts, but this sounds exactly like "Alone, again" (Dokken)...it's even in the same key!

  • Taaaaaaaaaabsssssss !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great song! Great lyrics!

  • who have the tabs

  • awesome <333

  • damm sounds like Geoff Tate

  • George Lynch is too good for this band. The riffs are solid the solo's sound like dreams but I saw them live and; NO It doesn't work Lynch is amazing but the band is radio pop/ rock (I know... What the f**k?). I saw Pop Evil open for Judas Priest and again NO. (No Disrespect) but what the hell? Lynch is too good for this band. As a Guitarist, not a guitar player Lynch can do better for real Rock.

  • what songs does morgan rose drum in?

  • Lynch will never let ya down! Hellyeah!

  • @jimmy5150ify Damn right!!!!

  • Interesting pic. Robert Johnson with devil wings...

  • George can do no wrong in my book...

  • Everything I Want? All I Want? What's the difference? THE FUCKING SOLO MAN

  • london is ucking awesome , he could be a new steven tyler this guy . altho he dosnt sound like em he has his own thing going on for em , alike steven . awesome guy and GREAT singer .

  • Damn George playing is so exotic and melodic at the same time, I just love listening him playing, whatever he plays

  • i really DO think George Could get up and write another "Its Not Love" type song...yall know that even in the realm of imposters...you gotta be able to actually play it!...i saw like only one guy in 20 years that can play Lynch live...Dokken guitarists included!...so for me...for whatever reason George just keeps on experimentin albums...there will never be a better rock player...ie Steve Vai, Joe Satriani,Yngwie etc etc... They cant put together a memorable rock song!

  • @666Goddammit666 agree with ya bro 100% vai/satriarni just doint connect with me at all.

Saw lynch ata guitar clinic n he was brilliant , a nice guy , funny . Hes a lot like VAN HALEN people dont realise hes probably a better songwriter then a guitarist, absolutely brilliant

  • @downincognito76 yeah I agree with you too, right from the moment I listened to Under Lock and Key back in 1986 I just said to myself "this is the way I would like my guitar to sound like", although I had already listened to Malmsteen, Satriani, Vai, and others, and yeah he is a great songwriter

  • For a minute I thought this was Geoff Tate of Queensryche, this is an amazing song. Keep rockin' George!! \m/

  • george I wish I could run into you again. If you ever need another guitar player it would be cool to jam.

  • my boyfriend got me hooked on Lynch this song is awesome GEORGE LYNCH ROCKS!!!!!!

  • @KLNPWF2008 Yeah, George is awesome, Saw him last night at Allans music Sydney doing a guitar clinic....pure gold. I have uploaded a 3 min vid of it (not great quality) but click on my profile and have a look

  • my boyfriend got me hooked on his bad and i love this song

  • ... modern goth , nu metal ?... great song !!!

  • reminds me a little of alone again, from lynch's work with dokken

  • @TracerJP1 yeah, a bit.

  • I saw Souls of We last night... absolutely AMAZING band!!!! Love, love, love their sound!

  • GL = GOD!

  • rockin freakin song!!!!! i love this song !!!

"hail to the guitar god lynch" love ya sinse'

  • fuckin amazing song

    GEORGE LYNCH BABY!!!!

  • shut up and play your guitar....

  • the singer sounds like a cross between Geoff Tate and Bobby Mason...

  • Great to see Lynch still up and running. He is one of the heavy rock guitar icons of the 80's that transformed and only got better..

  • Hell...I thought it was Tate on vocals for a bit myself!!!!!!Good to have lynch back in the studio though I tell ya!!!!

  • why the hell would anyone compare george lynch to geoff tate? geoff tate is a singer, george lynch is a guitarist... maybe comparing geoff tate with london legrand, the singer of this band.

and george is a god amongst men.

  • George Lynch, born in Spokane, WA, on September 28, 1954, Lynch was raised in Sacramento, CA

Geoff Tate Born July 21 in Denver, Colorado, grew up in Seattle, Washington

  • Those who compare to Geoff Tate should bear in mind that both grew up in Spokane. Geoff being 5 years younger, George most likely influenced Geoff and not the other way around. Geoff Tate is an excellent musician. However, he not in the same league of guitar playing as George Lynch.

  • dude geoff tate is a singer.

  • geoff tate plays guitar?

  • not tryin to be an ass, but you know you're comparing Geoff Tate, queensryche frontman, to George Lynch, guitar maestro and former dokken guitarist. either there was a typo in play or I don't get your comparison, it seems awkward to compare a singer to a guitarist.

  • No worries.George is hard to top!..A protege of Hendrix and proclaimed by guitar magazines as a mix between Eddie V.H. and Rhodes, maybe he did influence Geoff, but surely music will gain by either of them or any mentioned!

  • haha, sounds a lot like geoff tate

  • I thought it was Geoff Tate

  • i just heard of this band litterally a couple seconds agooff of comments in a Dokken song.....Its awesome! anyone else think the singing sounds a little like Geoff Tate (Queensryche)?

  • Thought it was Geoff Tate

  • I think London sounds more like Glenn Hughes then Geoff Tate....and George sounds like George...

  • Sounds good to me!

  • SOW is great....but, LYNCH MOB's Smoke And Mirrors is out and its kicks butt big time! Oni sounds great and George is back to the soloing style of Under Lock And Key..melody, feel and that "sound". Its not WICKED SENSATION Vol2, but thats the blue print with more classic 70's vibe and some great radio friendly rock ballads and rockers.

    Back to his best........

  • Pieknie Pieknie Legrand & Lynch

  • It sound really good!!!

  • very good!!!

  • Man.. I think Lynch really reinvented himself with this album. There is nothing 80's about this album at all... But Its true awesome rock n' roll the way it should be played today. Add that to the fact that there are at least 5 other songs as good as this one on there. and the other ones are still better than any new bands are comin out with today. George Lynch is the man. I hope this band gets bigger.

  • GREAT!!!!!!like always

  • just awesome

everthing GEORGE LYNCH is involved in is gold

  • JhonPierce312 search up george lynch wicked riffs and serach up the video everything I want george teaches how to play it

  • Singer is Geoff Tate from Queensryche.

    Awesome. \ ,, /

  • actually its London Legrand from Brides of Destruction and Rockstars on Mars

  • This is CD is really worth getting. There are many great songs. Mr. Scary just keeps getting better. This is song is incredible live. London can sing his ass off. They also had the drummer from "AS I Lay Dying" filling in.

  • Kinda reminds me of Alone Again

  • Was just about to write that, I must agree really similar...

  • the singer sounds like geoff tate

  • Had I heard this on the radio, I would have sworn it was Geoff.

Just means the dude can sing his ass off.

  • my mom's name's yael

  • I NEED this tab.

    Anyone ???

  • AMAZING SONG. I really love the intro. Beautiful.

  • they tried getting sebastian bach into lynch mob back in 1994. there were differences about their views for the direction in the way the band would be managed and directed. If I was bach I would try doing something. 18 and life "lynch style" would have been awesome then.

  • crazy great song yeahhhhh

all I heard prior to this were some crappy sound bytes on their myspace page

    Nothing even sounded intriguing

so thank you, you're the man!

  • dood ziss album is out????????

  • haha yeh ironik, but still i hate bein in fuckin england no store will have this on its shelves gottta buy it off fuckin amzon or sum bastard site lol

  • LOL

  • apparently the souls of we album has a ton of special guests such as disturbed, dragonforce and dave grohl....how the fuck do i get this album??! lol

  • this song touched my soul. i really love it and all the others, it sounds very nice! Thanx George linch u r a genious! Great vocalist too! Brazilian guy!!!

  • I agree. I really love the intro.

  • Love it.

Dokken, Lynch, PIlson....they continue to impress together or seperate.

  • Sounds cool, voice sounds like geoff tate from Queensryche. Long Live the Lynch Man.

  • lynch fans.. you have got to hear the tone he used with his mr crowley solo from the album will play for food

  • fucking LOVE this song

  • koolol

  • I just am not sure about this singer. Maybe it will have to grow on me. He sounds very monotonous with his levels but he does have a decent voice. I wonder what Sebastian Bach would sound like with George?? maybe shit, I dunno. I really wish George would devulge the exact rig he used when he recorded "Back for the Attack". That was his best recording as far as mixing, power and overall sound to me anyway, but I love all his stuff. He doesn't get near enough credit as a genius rhythm writer.

  • I wasn't sure on the singer at first(or the cd for that matter) but I think his voice works well with the songs and after a few listens have found that his voice has grown on me quite nicely, as has the album as a whole. Most of my favorite cd's have that in common. Great guitar work from George. The more you listen to it the more you catch.

  • On "Back For The Attack, George used an old purple Marshall and old red one that were borrowed from Aspen Pittman. The only consistently used pedal was an Ibanez TS-808, which produces the silky, creamy distortion, (especially when used with an already overdriven tube amp)...

  • It's OK, not my favorite Lynch Mob singer by any means though. I like the singer from Wicked Sensation way better and I like the singer from Tangled in the Web of your love even more.

  • George Lynch is such a guitar genius

  • I saw lynch at a Guitar Clinic in west Des moined it was awesome.

  • i like it, anybody know if there playing in the uk ? tour dates please :D

  • i bought my cd from their web site or go to georges web site

  • Great Song! The Album comes out in Germanys amazone on october 31. Think then it will be even available in the UK.

  • where did you get the album? im in the UK and i just cant find it anywhere, not even amazon. what am i doing wrong?

  • it's not out yet. they decided to remix it and it is supposed to be re-released november 4th.

  • where did you find that out??? but thanks mate :D

  • i couldn't find it, so i had a cd store try to order it and they told me that it had been pulled to be remixed and that it will be re-released on november 4th. i can hardly wait. have a cd store get on the net and order it for you if you can't find it after nov. 4th.

  • amazing song

  • This guy sounds like Tate only at the very beginning. Good voice - struggles with the high notes a little.

  • the voice reminds me a little of Gerard Mc Mann who sings "cry little sister" from the Lost Boys soundtrack. Very nice!

  • man that singer sounds a little like geoff tate at times

  • no kidding. I thought it was Geoff Tate at first. He's really good though, but does remind you a bit of Tate.

  • Souls of We album is a great new era for George Lynch!! Not to take anything away from the rest of the band, they rock too and mesh very well together. Been a Lynch fan since 1982 and he just keeps expanding musically while Dokken is now trying to go back to 1985 with it's sound. Cool that Dokken was able to recapture that sound, but sucks that they had to rely on the past success for a good album.

GL on the other hand had moved on musically and I think has hit the mark with this new album!

  • Totally agree, again another reason the reunion failed miserably. I like the new Dokken but I was done with it in a week. Souls is easily the best playing George has done in over a decade. I downloaded this off Amazon for 9 bucks and well worth it. George and Oni are currently writing for a new Mob album out next spring. Rock on \m/\m/

  • This is badass. This is george's finest work since the first two Lynch Mob albums

  • George shows that his playing is aging well, like a fine wine. He doesn't have to be a shredder forever. Very tasteful playing.

  • I need this song on mp3...how can I get it?!?!?!?!?! This is a f-n amazing song...just listen to that guitar work...GODLY!!!

  • mikeforte5737, you don't have any idea of George does and means to the guiar. You have to get inside his head/soul and really listen to what he is doing to that freakin' guitar. George is GOD, no one could ever come close to him. Have you heard Dokken's new album? What a ripoff, Don Dokken is a joke, he has tried to find someone who plays just like George...but like I said its a joke. George is it, has been, and forever will be the best...period!!!

  • I totally agree dude.I heard the new Sukken and as much as that guy wants to sound like Lynch copying his licks he just doesn't measure up. George has been my favorite player since I started playing when I was 12 over twenty years ago. I will say that Reb did a decent job in my view but he comes the CLOSEST not a replica. George is a monster, I mean...Senor Scary!

  • What the hell is most of your guy's problems? George is the god, it doesn't matter what he plays. Listen to his delay to hit the next note, listen to his slight cuff, his holding of the note. He is the GOD of guitars. This is a great song...I WANT MORE...who has is?

  • Sadly, the records been pulled!! Pending remix / re-recording of certain parts. I have a crap file from ITUNES, the faulty one that was removed. I didn't get a chance to download a good copy. ANYONE HELP ME get a good copy?

  • I have the whole album, let me know.

  • Thank you...I will be in touch later today ot tomorrow. Really appreciate your help.

  • how can i get it?

  • Do you use limewire? If you do let me know when you are on and I can get on for you to download them. Or I can put them in a Zip file and send them to your email address. I don't think they will fit in Yahoo or Hotmail so, if you have a personal email let me know and I will send it there. Let me know. Peace.

  • I don't think it sounds THAT much different to the 80's stuff to be honest. I like the guitar in this. Its just not that strong a song. Its ok though. It wouldn't make me run out and buy the album. I'd like to check it out on the web though, because George is always worth a listen. I prefer stuff with stronger riffs myself. But I don't expect everything to be like that.

  • I like his sound and tone better in the 80's. Least he tries some new things. Least he's not trying to repeat the same style he had in the 80's.. That's wut makes his guitar playing better!! One of the greats

  • Disagree, I thought this cd was pretty good. He can't write another "It's not Love" in 2008. THat song was great for its time. But this a good song. London has good vocals

  • What the hell that sucks.

I wish i could talk to george or send him a message saying that his new music sucks and everyone thinks so. Why cant his guitar playing be like it was in the 80's??
