The indigenous Nepalese even used to eat beef but after modern Nepal was formed by Hindu King P.N Shah in the late 17th century, the indigenous Nepalese were barred from slaughtering cow as the Hindu King made Nepal as a secular Hindu nation and cow as an official animal.

This video really captures the spirit of Chitwan. With regard to the wounded rhino, I think this was a male wounded in fights over females, which happens a lot. The wounds certainly weren't fake. With regard to the mother, I was on an elephant which was warned off when it got too close to a calf. The elephant had enough sense to take the hint, because the mother was large enough to do him serious damage. I think even a tiger would have to watch his step. The tiger prefers deer, anyway.

as you can see , the rhino has various wounds to the body . and if you look closely , there are 3 different rhinos in the last 30 seconds .. one with wounds in the rear to the right , one with wounds in the rear to the left and one in the water with no wounds at all .. and the first 2 were male ,,, mating wounds ,,, this is shit !!!!

Kinda looks like the rhino mother and the elephant got in a fight, looks like the rhino has some tusk wounds, the elephant looks like it has a wound on its face too from the rhino, tiger probably snapped up the baby rhino while it was happening

Even though I don't understand the language, it is quite obvious to me as to what happen. The tiger tracked down the family. Fought the mother, kill the cub and ate it for dinner. If you look from 5:55 on, you can see 3 big wounds on the head, neck and shouder of the mother. The mother obviously did all she could be realize there is no hope and abandon the cub.
