everybody that has to be waterboarded do not say that it is torture. we actually use the technique to train a number of military units. why would we torture on own troops? also, it has been deemed by a congressional inquiry in the beginning of 2009 as to not be torture. this as well as what came of the use of waterboarding is rarely mentioned because the liberals need to have an emotionally charged debate. facts against it will only disprove them, so they keep them hidden from the public.
